Keep crashing
It crashed when I tried to edit my profile and also when I tried to look at my rebates.
App full of hitches
When you run a business, you do not roll out new apps that are full of glitches they fail to work. Even after many updates, my iPhone still cannot open the app. This is not the first time. Why roll out an app if it’s not working? I wanted to purchase a lot of stuff on sale today but after waiting ages for the app to connect, I gave up and left without purchasing anything. The cashier refused to give me the discount through no fault of mine...all because this sucky app does not work.
App improvements needed badly
Your App is almost redundant! Encountered so much issues over and again. Firstly, you keep logging me out; have to sign in and out. Then when I wanted to sign in again recently it kept leading me to the sign up page instead of sign in page. Haven’t been able to use this App for a while, therefore, have not been purchasing from Isetan since. Majority of the Apps keep people signed in. I suggest your side resolve this App issues urgently!
