Poorly coded and no sign of the free chickenjoy promo anywhere
Downloaded this app for the free chickenjoy promotion, but no sign of the promotion anywhere within the app. Classic bait-and-switch tactic. Also there is a “test message hhh” received in the inbox of the app after signing up and logging in. Dodgy af app. I urge you to not use or order from the app, as there’s no guarantee you will receive your food after payment.
No way to get a refund if they mess up your order
I ordered using this app, but there were missing items from my order from Paya Lebar branch. I’ve reported the issue using their Customer feedback and survey function. But up to now no response after 5 days. Better use GrabFood instead, save yourself the trouble.
Food not in preparing list
Made takeway order and waited for at least 30 mins. Then found out that the order is not in the outlet’s preparing list at all. Told them about it, then they just leave their tablet on the table, not even looking at it.
