How it works:

* Choose your mode of payment:
* DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Card
* DBS PayLah!
* For first time users, simply setup your DBS/POSB credit or debit card and it can be saved securely for faster payments. Simply enter your card details once and you are ready to pay. Card details will not be stored in your phone.
* You will be prompted via push notifications to collect your orders from the respective Koufu outlet without queueing.

Great but also redundant sometimes.
Great app to use to skip the queue, instead of having to queue up, and wait right in front of the stall for your order to be ready, while blocking everyone else who are carrying their hot food to their tables. However, while some stalls are listed on this app, they would still expect you to queue up and wait for your order to be ready. For example, the braised duck rice stall in Waterway Point Mall never notifies you when the food is ready. Only starts to prepare your order when you go to their stall physically.
No star rating for the app because.
Almost every update of the app. My iPhone will have login issue. Since iPhone 12, 13 pro max, 14 pro max, 15 pro max. All are having issue. At SEMBAWANG, not sure about other places. Always have connection error. It took about 20 mins to complete an order. And at times payment has been completed. But it says error, but able to receive notification that order has been placed. After that able to receive my order number. App after that continue to have all sorts of errors. App has been delete and reinstalled a few times and done proper login before my orders. Please do some enhancement. Either the app is inefficient, server over crowded due to lunch time or koufu not interested in app at all. Lastly, you already allow apple sign in. Why not just further improve the app to use Apple Pay instead of DBS 2FA to approve on the payment which clearly your app is poorly done and unable to cope with proper authentication.
Dumb system
You order using this app, you pay, then you wait for the stall to acknowledge. After the stall has acknowledged, you see the message “Your order will be ready in 8 minutes”. After more than 8 minutes, the message remains the same. You decided to go to the stall to enquire. You are then told to go to the back of the physical queue. When it is your turn, you are asked for your order number. Guy checks the system, updates it, then prepares your order.
The app makes a bloody fool of you. If you don’t queue up at the stall, they are not going to process your order, even though you’ve paid. You can wait forever because they will ignore your order.
The app should tell you to proceed to the stall immediately and queue up there, instead of telling you “Your order will be ready in x minutes.“
