It has been incredibly hard to use the app, where sometimes Apple Pay couldn’t work despite multiple tries. It’s a complete waste of time where I have to stand down there just waiting for the app to respond. It is also extremely buggy when the notification promoting me to update the app keeps popping out even after I have alr done so and tried refreshing the app itself. In the end I could even order a cup of milk tea (the membership one) which I thought is extremely ridiculous. If you are not ready to launch an app then pls do not do so. Moreover, I have also notice that some salesclerk have been extremely rude to customers. As if the customers are suppose to know how to operate the app….

The app does not provide queue number only has estimated time for collection. Order said collect at 6:12pm, saw my order at the side hence I asked the staff if i could collect my order. Staff ignored me and gave me a very big eye roll then proceeded to chit chat with another staff. This is located at Vivo outlet.
2nd time using the app for purchase. This time I asked again if order is ready because it took longer than it usually take at 9:25pm ( nonpeak). This lady staff from the counter was visibly annoyed and ignored me.

Seriously please provide queue number. What the point of having an app but all your staff not happy with it.

It’s is super frustrating especially when there is a promo and it indicates through app purchase.

The whole app hangs and we can order anything. A few of my colleagues also get frustrated over waiting for the app to respond. Even if we are willing to go to the physical store to queue, we are unable to enjoy the promotion as we need to order through app.
