I actually like Luckin Coffee for their variety of drinks but I don't understand why they don't have any options or even a choice to add more sweetness for the drinks? Some of the drinks which has caffeine is quite strong & bitter thus it's nice if it is possible to add more sweetness to it. This is mainly the reason why I refrain from getting coffee from Luckin😩Hope that Luckin could make changes to this🙏🏽

Hot coffee is more delicious than iced, pls remind me to double check my choice, cus the default is iced. Also I think the coffee is overpriced. Luckin coffee in China sells latte at ~12CNY (if not 9.9CNY) using coupons compared to 30CNY Starbucks latte, whereas in Singapore Luckin latte is S$3.8 using 50% discount coupon (which is not often available) and Starbucks latte is ~S$6.2. (The price difference is narrowed). As such, I hope Luckin coffee can send me coupons more frequently and more generously to prevent me from stepping into starbucks.

i referred five of my friends through the link and sent it through another app, telegram. they clicked the link, ordered, and was wondering why i didn’t get the 99 cent drink promotion. turns out u must do it EXCLUSIVELY through WHATSAPP FACEBOOK AND MESSENGER? SERIOUSLY? what fraudulent tactic is this?edit: they sent me the vouchers after several hours. still that annoys me because none of them are near areas i frequent and the vouchers expire in a month so i probably won’t be able to use them in time compared to when i was there at that place, but thanks at least y’all gave

Everytime I try to change my drink preferences, e.g. : sugar level, I am unable to do so. Even when adding drinks to cart. All it says is “Server internal error”. I keep clicking and the same notification pops up, extremely frustrating to the point I avoid purchasing anything at all. This has been going on for more than 2 months, very disruptive to overall user experience. Hope this can be resolved soon :(
