I have asked the staff if I could get refund for the balance cash in my app wallet and I was told I can’t. While I noticed the app doesn’t indicate a minimum of $10 top-up now, the option for withdrawal should be made available. In Singapore, if business has ceased, consumers can still claim back the unused portion of the prepayment made. More over CoffeeBean is an active business and should allow the withdrawal of consumers’ app wallet cash.Your strategy to encourage app adoption should be promotions and making deposit into wallet convenient. I noticed your app require key in of card details. Who carry their credit card everywhere now except in their Apple wallet or Google wallet? It should allow users to deposit / pay directly via Apple / Google wallet and brand app like Luckin Coffee, McDonald’s etc are fantastic in this. Hope to see this change reflected.

I highly suspect that this is a scam. I downloaded the app and topped up money in it, and while on it, I successfully spent half the money. Couldn’t get the app to work after the next day - same issues with the rest of the reviews - unable to login, password wrong, can’t do the forget password thing because nothing was sent and now my money is all stuck inside. Emailed support but no reply too.All the other reviews are the same - money stuck inside with no help given from coffee bean for months. Isn’t this a scam? Will be reporting it to the police and the media. I’m sure one of them will be interested to investigate all these lost monies.

None of them even bother to rectify the app issues and app module issues. Can’t even add your card payment details. Can’t change your birthday date if u key in wrongly for the first time, they should at least let you change once, u know what I mean. No point when they give you rewards etc because the app just broke down on you and give you disappointment. Just delete the app. I guess your competitor app works way far better. My advice just don’t even bother to download the app unless and until they rectify their app function issues and make it productive for their customers.

One of the worst app ever created. To use the apps, need a one step called Mobile OTP verification. And best part is, the apps indicated Failed to get OTP on first attempt, then the next attempt it indicated Exceeded Limits and asking you to try again in 8 mins later. So I killed the Apps, uninstall and reinstall the Apps, and 8 mins later, I was hit again with the same issue, Failed to get OTP, then second attempt Exceeded Limits. I was running the Apps on the latest iOS version 18.3.2 with good signal from my Telco and even good WIFI. I wonder how this apps ever passed QC to launch in market.
