Lost count number of occasions I’ve not been able to use the app despite having credits inside. End up having to pay full price for drinks instead, which is no savings at all. Often it logs out itself despite choosing ‘remember me’ settings. When I showed the counter staff the app message that states “service is not available currently” for either login or forgot password, staff replied app is unstable and I’m not the only customer complaining. Hours later, the app ‘miraculously’ worked again. It’s pointless to top up the app credits if customers constantly face such issues utilizing the app.

So far, I have been finding this app rather easy and practical to use. Initially, when l was doing my very first top up on the app, I encountered a slight problem with the number of cards that I already have, before realising that I actually already had 2 cards added to my cart, and the maximum number of cards cannot go beyond 2. When I first used this app for payment at Food Junction, I had received a discount of 10% on all regularly-priced items sold there. This also allowed me to save some money as I purchased items through the app. What is even more cool is that for every $1 worth of store credit spent, I get to redeem 1 additional point on the app. I can then redeem free rewards using all the points that I have accumulated in the app.

I’ve tried to make a payment via the app, but once again it failed right after I topped up my account. This is not the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and it’s becoming extremely frustrating.Could you please explain why this keeps happening? It seems the app has recurring problems and shouldn’t be relied upon if payments can’t be processed properly. I’ve already topped up, yet now I have to use another payment method.

I drink toast box coffee daily so this app really help me save money as I get to buy kopi packages at a cheaper price. Will keep using it as I can make payment at BreadTalk to purchase bread for my family. The best thing is that..I also get 10% off at Food junction. Would recommend fellow Singaporeans to use the app to fight inflation 👍🏻
