Useful but may fail on you
Recently, and on and off, the app doesn’t load the payment page.
Also, been wanting to get a physical card for my mum to use. 2 stores told me I can top up and purchase a card to link to my account.
But, when I wanted to purchase the card at the 3rd store. They’re unaware of this function.
Could we add on this function to the app?
Unstable App
Lost count number of occasions I’ve not been able to use the app despite having credits inside. End up having to pay full price for drinks instead, which is no savings at all. Often it logs out itself despite choosing ‘remember me’ settings. When I showed the counter staff the app message that states “service is not available currently” for either login or forgot password, staff replied app is unstable and I’m not the only customer complaining. Hours later, the app ‘miraculously’ worked again. It’s pointless to top up the app credits if customers constantly face such issues utilizing the app.
this help helps me save money!!
I drink toast box coffee daily so this app really help me save money as I get to buy kopi packages at a cheaper price. Will keep using it as I can make payment at BreadTalk to purchase bread for my family. The best thing is that..I also get 10% off at Food junction. Would recommend fellow Singaporeans to use the app to fight inflation 👍🏻
