BreadTalk Group Rewards 4+

Recently, and on and off, the app doesn’t load the payment page.
Also, been wanting to get a physical card for my mum to use. 2 stores told me I can top up and purchase a card to link to my account.
But, when I wanted to purchase the card at the 3rd store. They’re unaware of this function.
Could we add on this function to the app?

Topped up $100 first use at DTF, and redeemed the 1:1, transaction need to be deducted from the in-app stored credits, unable to use other payment modes credit cards or ShopBack etc. Receipt also unable to scan for mall rewards. But every $1 gets 1 points, and I can use the points to redeem for BT group vouchers.

Overall good app, though I seldom go Toast Box and TMZ or BreadTalk. And not every food republic and Toast Box get to use the 1:1, with all the “except”. Most of the places I go like Parkway Parade, 313 Somerset both unable to use the Vouchers. I need to go travel to the exact place just to redeem the 1 for 1 coffee. That’s restricting. And now I need to go paragon just to redeem my tau sa piah.

Lost count number of occasions I’ve not been able to use the app despite having credits inside. End up having to pay full price for drinks instead, which is no savings at all. Often it logs out itself despite choosing ‘remember me’ settings. When I showed the counter staff the app message that states “service is not available currently” for either login or forgot password, staff replied app is unstable and I’m not the only customer complaining. Hours later, the app ‘miraculously’ worked again. It’s pointless to top up the app credits if customers constantly face such issues utilizing the app.
