‘Yes Update to the latest Version’
Hi, I have login to Lendlease Plus App on 1 May 2020 and a message pop up ‘Yes Update to the latest Version’ and without any other choices so I tap ‘Yes Update to the latest Version’. It bring me to Apple App Store so I tap ‘Update’ then a message pop up ‘Download to the older version’ cause Lendlease+ App require at least IOS 13.0 to update. After this is done, I tap ‘OPEN’ Lendlease+ App in Apple App Store then again it bring me back to message ‘Yes Update to the latest Version’ so how can I proceed to update my 1 May 2020 receipts?? Please resolve this issue quickly by today otherwise after 24 hours these receipts will become invalid and won’t be approved.

This was an issue we had previously that had been resolved and if you're on iOS 11 & above, there shouldn't be any more issue. The app does not load up and gets stuck at the initial Lendlease icon page very frequently. It makes it almost impossible to use the app for scanning of purchases receipts, and this could go on for another few days until the grace period for receipts scanning expires. It was down on the 29th May 2023 and also 30th May 2023. Maybe tomorrow it would be down as well. Anyway, probably benefits the app not to load up for customer. Getting used to the outage and giving up on the App particularly with the gimmick.

Password reset do not work
Had to reset password after updating app but system log in indicated password error no matter how many times I tried the new correct password after reseting it via forget password link. Only possible to login using Facebook account. Thought it was still bearable since login via Facebook worked. Now, all receipts snapped and submitted over the past 3 days are rejected for no
reason.
