Not trustable and unprofessional
Worst experience ever!! First helper came and ran away after seeing my tiny dog that she thought can eat her up. Then they arranged a new helper the following day. The job is so Unprofessional!! Helper asked what to do after each cleaning. Failed to do simple tidying such as coffee/dining/study/dressing table. Sofa and table did not move to clean below, don't mention mopping, she goes around the object that is movable. Contacted the customer service team, they told me she's unfamiliar with my preference! So, that is why my house is left at it is after 4 hours of "professional cleaning".
The worst room clean.
The price is cheap(half as other platform). But they totally have no service. After 4 hr clean, the room not become cleaner even not a little. If you want this for post tenancy clean, your landlord must want to redo it. Never use this any more!
Faulty algorithm
Unable to find any cleaners for my place, but when i change the address to my parents’ place in the same area, all slots opened up. My place is even more conveniently located than my parents’.
