We have made it easier and more seamless to explore Mandai Wildlife Reserve! Apart from enhancing the membership login experience for our Friends of Mandai, we have also introduced cross-park wayfinding for all guests to navigate effortlessly across multiple parks within Mandai Wildlife EAST and WEST.

Don’t rely on app and internet too much
We were at park and try to buy add-on. But it was super slow and difficult to match our pass with the record. Yes. Some of us idiots do not plan our trip in advance. So we had to use the app or the web browser to buy add-ons on the spot. The webpage couldn’t recognize information for wild pass we keyed in. So we had to go through everything again just to get the 10% discount.
The pass had been stored on my wallet but the park does not have the gadget to scan and receive payment. We ended to go through the online purchase process to get tickets in the facility while it is scorching hot with screaming and crazy kids everywhere. I miss the caveman era when we just give paper in exchange for something!
An official app that actually works well
Visited the bird paradise and they have this new system of ordering. Instead of queuing up at the individual stores you can download this app and order + pay online. When order is ready, it will show on the app and you can collect it. no queues required!
Most importantly? It works without any drama or problems.
Only issue is some parts of the zoo e.g in the egg cafe have 0 bars of signal even from SingTel. Fortunately, zoo provides free wifi which solves this problem.
