OTP flagged as “Likely-SCAM”

I’ve been using old apps since now, I tried this new app, I thought its not sending OTP. it took me a while to realise its going into my scam notifications as it is being tagged as “Likely-SCAM” sms.

However with email OTP, and passcode when transacting convince me that this is a legit app.

Additionally, both apps old and new, does not provide me enough details on my transactions. Like merchants/biller or bank name. I have difficulty in reconciling my transactions. Hoping you can provide more meaningful transaction details.

These 2 points
1) OTP sms are being tagged as “Likely-SCAM” maybe you can do something about it.
2) provide meaningful transactions details, like merchant, biller or bank name for ease in reconciliation

slow motion app

very slow compared to previous version. although this new app version has a cleaner look. hey developer. suggest before you launch the new app is to conduct a soft launch and get internal users feedback. do a rigorous stress test before you launch a new app. not a lousy version. this is a poor app in terms of functionalities compared with the old version. heavy overhead when loading and can’t accept the passcode that i set. i already have it reset with the customer service hotline person. better dump this app if the developer can’t build this into a decent version. best at this juncture is to deactivate or pull this out in the app store while you’re fixing the issues and bugs. it might overwhelm the development team. don’t retire the old version. it’s working perfectly except when i enrol a new metrobank beneficiary.

buwisit na new app. mas simple ang user journey with the old app.

Migration is not easy

I cannot use this new app as it does not allow me to login with my existing account now it forcing us to migrate into this app.
Lack of instructions on how to migrate into this app. The app from PNB is better,
