Motorist SG: Vehicle Super App 17+

Initially I have encountered a glitch bugs with the new motorists co driver function against the latest iOS version. I have approached the administration staff via the app chat function and they immediately referred me to the technician team staff. They get me to hang on and resolved the glitch within days! Appreciated much about the following up and thanks for the update. Keep up the good work and looking forward for more updates in the near future. Thumb up!!!

I love it how they retrieve our vehicle directly from all over the place. Example vehicle detail, COE, road tax date, insurance date etc.. it also help us to keep a look out of when our road tax or insurance is expiring even tho LTA will send us a letter. But it’s still good to have all the this data reminding us.

What I don’t like about this app is there are useless feature. Features like driver connect, mwitness, and co driver. It’s good to have. But totally unnecessary. It will only work if every single person on the road are using this app frequently. (But what are the chances?) Especially for driver connect. It make it a way that it is encouraging people to use our phone to connect with another driver on the road WHILE driving.
For example when you want to let the front driver know his car got issue. And ended up trying the driver connect. But it’s on a expressway and you end up making an offence which is using phone while driving. It is very dangerous. The worst part is you don’t even know if the person is using the app or not. You just send the msg over stupidly tot you can help out the guy.

It is through constructive feedback, such as yours, that we can identify ways to make them better for all of our users.For features such as Drivers Connect and mWitness, they are meant to be used while your vehicle is parked or when an accident has occured. As for Co-Driver, it provides you with audio alerts as you are approaching red light or speed cameras. If you are unable to receive any audio alerts, kindly drop us a message via the Chat function so that we may help you troubleshoot the issue.

Hello Team Motorist,

I’d just got to know your Motorist app and I kind of like it.
Kudos to the team to linked up with SG government website concerning our vehicles assets, i.e, road tax renewal, HDB Season Tickets, etc.
I hope, these are PDPA and your IT Data Protections are in place as well.

However, it may be more interesting if there are activities organised by Motorist, like, Festivals celebration, overseas trip, motorist members gathering, Get-To-Know your car training sessions (on a small feee if required), etc.

By organising these activities, motorist members will also get to know each other in exchange ideas, cars performances, cars accessories installed in motorist’s owners cars feedback, or even bulk purchase for Motorist members at a lower cost.
There are so many to explore and bring Motorist members to participate. Besides, you’ll see an increase of members downloading your apps.

It’s as good as now where the drivers require a new or used cars, the first thought is SG-Car-Mart.
Hence, go towards that goal to influence human brains on first thoughts, when it comes to Automobiles, Motorist would be in their First Thoughts.
