Points ALL GONE when your phone had an update of OS
Amazing app from MUJI - MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. All my points carefully accumulated over the years are all GONE, when my phone had an update of iOS. What absurdity is this??? Tell me, is there any smart phone that doesn’t require update of OS? Why can’t MUJI PASSPORT app update itself to keep up with the times of Smartphone era??? Now all points gone, worst app I have ever used for this decade of shopping apps.
Worst app
Cannot link the muji points if you delete the app to reinstall. All the points saved will be gone if reinstall. Until now app cannot link with facebook. The fustration is real and company does not allow any physical receipt to be inserted for points. This causes alot of fustrations.
Unable to login
In order to login, will require only apple login or Google login. No other option.
Always indicate incorrect user. Can’t even login. Previously purchased some items yet points still indicate as 0 miles.
