Description
We understand the importance of keeping track of your child’s development and learning activities. Our parent’s portal app allows you to view announcements, the centre’s calendar of events, download documents and view pictures or videos of your child participating in class activities, so you can peek into your child’s world at school on the go!
Other functions of the app includes:
- Check-in and check-out for your child children
- Get notified on your child’s / children’s movements and progress
Help and support through the in-app chat support is available as well.

Use njoyable experience
Compared to previous app, this app is slower in loading images of children and dont have the option to select a few images to download at a point of time. We have to individually select images to load, which is very troublesome as it also take a long time to load. It will also auto log out parent after a few weeks of log in which is so uncalled since we are using it daily to check in and out.
Not user-friendly.
Had an issue with still receiving notification even though logged out, it’s been almost 7 months but nothing was fixed. They claimed it’s gonna be a big impact.
Yet every now and then will received notice of system maintenance and we won’t be able to access the app?
A lot of things can be improvise (even submitted a feedback on their survey) but many updates later, still nothing.
No updates about weekly progress, prefer the first app.
The previous app, Teachers can update parents weekly about students regarding what they have learnt for the week, what are the focus area so that the parents can align the teachings at home. For The new app, only the photo dumps, no updates about weekly teaching or objectives of developmental appropriate activities that are done at school. All we can see is photos, no explanation, that’s all.
