My Laundry - Drycleaning box 4+

Love it! I would have given them a 6 stars if it’s possible! Never have a problem, and they don’t charge extra when I need to starch my husband’s shirts or dry clean and iron our clothes. Since they have arrived at our condo a year ago, we have been using them regularly. As they are located right at our condo, and available 24/7, it’s really convenient for us. We no longer need to carry our clothes across the street or wait for the opening hours of the laundry shop. We now normally put our dirty clothes and collect them clean at weird hours (~1am :p)
They also give extra cash credits and additional rebate when you use their service. Well done team! Thank you for introducing the smart way of doing our laundry! 👍👍👍

Been using them ever since I found their service. Shirts and suits are well pressed. Very convenient to place the order and make payment through the app. Pick up and delivery through the digital locker system is a delight and available 24/7. I usually place the dirty garments late at night (after mid night), and collect them back clean 3 days later. Joyce and team are always friendly and happy to help. You guys are AWESOME.

I recently used this service to get my jackets cleaned. Upon return the jackets had 5 staples punched through actual jacket, the staples are so close together upon removal the holes were large and visible. I contacted them to let them know, they emailed back to say, it was due to new staff making a mistake ... if you cannot take care of your customers clothes to have them returned with holes - I think the least you could do is to rebate or refund the cost of cleaning. Shouldn’t the company show more responsibility?
I’ve tried to contact the company again and they have chosen to ignore my email.
If you want and expect better customer service and your clothes not to be damaged, do not choose this supplier.
