Overseas vax status takes forever to upload!!!

Used my vax certificate from SG health hub and uploaded it on this app, but to no avail… Been more than a week and still says I’m unvaccinated!! Everywhere I go also tak boleh masuk, need to bring my printed out copy of my healthhub cert.. Everyday, I submit my soft copy vaccination details on helpdesk and on the 8 or 9th day, I received an email ( probably the automated one ) Followed the steps and refreshed, uninstalled etc.. LO AND BEHOLD… STILL UNVACCINATED 😁😁😁😁 Eh…. Like that the only place I can go is my home.. I tried messaging MySejahtera on Facebook also tell me the same thing. I’m beyond frustrated at this point, please do smth abt this app 😀 at least provide a hotline we can contact? Thanks.
Oh my goodness.. on the same day I submitted this review, I got my vaccination status updated hooray!!! Took what seemed like an eternity to upload tho… hence 2 stars ok..
An advice to all, please fill in the form properly because I pressed the wrong option and now I’ve been a PERSON UNDER SURVEILLANCE for abt 10 days now and I can’t get rid of it… #guesswhichgoondu
Today is the 11th day and this, my second complain HOW COME HAVEN’T REFRESH AH… I tot the app say oni need 10 days😃

Vaccination status updated

If you already vaccinated in SG, to update your status in the app to ‘fully vaccinated’, you need to follow instruction via the helpdesk and they need 5 working days to convert the status. You will get an email saying you can convert the status. Click on the "COVID-19 Vaccination" icon on the homepage
- Choose "Vaccine for <your name>"
- Click on the "EDIT" and insert your full name and IC/Passport details as per IC/ passport.
- Once edited, please click on "Confirm" to save your changes.
before you submit, There are a list of questions to answer such as ‘are you interested to take the covid19 vaccine?’ You must select yes for this question.

App doesn’t work

After registering ID, it claims ID not registered even after a few days. Many problems requiring manual backend to resolve. No guide at all on what to expect on the timeline. Drop down menu is almost random, not in alphabetical order. Otherwise allow people to search drop down menu. Help function is limited to day to day matters in the country only. How can the border reopen? If one has taken the vaccine overseas, why must I say I’m interested in taking the vaccine? No logic. No flow chart was drawn before programming. Just programme as it goes. No one checks the flow either. It’s an absolute disaster. Only the people who already has business or family in Malaysia will have the patience to figure out how to “answer” the set of questions correctly in ordered to be registered. Kiss goodbye to new trade and tourism if this is compulsory when border reopens. If simple day to day problems are still not resolved after over 2 years, by the time problems related to registration from outside the country gets resolved, we don’t need to use the app anymore.
