Making payments with OctiFi is swift and sweet. I have the flexibility to make payments earlier and to change my card for payment anytime. Not mentioning about the perks and promotions that helped us save more money on our instalment payments. I get to choose the amount I would like to pay for the 1st instalment in order to receive further cash-back. This flexibility in place within the app gives users so much convenience. Lastly, the customer service officer replies and resolved our issues promptly.

At first I use credit card to apply for this app, so my spending limit was about $4k+. But one day I was planning to buy a Apple Watch when doing transactions payment cannot be processed. So eventually ask for help thru WhatsApp end up I had to change my payment method to debit card instead. Then after 1 month my spending limit was change to 1.6k only which is ridiculous as I have a credit card but my limit was decreased just because my payment method was changed to debit was not informed that limit was changed. Tried to seek for help from help center thru WhatsApp but eventually stated there 11-8pm Monday - Sunday then promt agents are not available and ask to contact during business hour. Which I did.

Just a word of caution. If you are living paycheck to the next paycheck, and desperately need a 6 or 12 months instalment plan, please ensure you make the initial purchase at least a week after your payday. This is because for some funny reasons, the due date of the subsequent instalment gets earlier and eventually gets to the date before your payday of the month. Failure to pay on time will result in a $60 penalty. Good app to use to ease your financial planning but be extra cautious on the date of initial/first payment. My personal experience is clear: i made the first purchase on the 25th of the month. But the due date of the 3rd and above instalment gets to 20th.. 19th of the month.. that is almost a week before my pay
