Making payments with OctiFi is swift and sweet. I have the flexibility to make payments earlier and to change my card for payment anytime. Not mentioning about the perks and promotions that helped us save more money on our instalment payments. I get to choose the amount I would like to pay for the 1st instalment in order to receive further cash-back. This flexibility in place within the app gives users so much convenience. Lastly, the customer service officer replies and resolved our issues promptly.

Tot the app was simple and easy to use. The option to let merchant have “instalments” really helped to influence the purchase decision. Deduction was also automatically done by the app. However, if the app allows payment to be triggered by users anytime instead of waiting till the due date, that will be better.

My girlfriend and I were shopping at Evisu Ion for CNY clothing and there was a discount on discount sale.

We intended to buy 4 tops at 360 dollars, and I chanced upon Octifi promotion at the counter. We upped our purchase to 568 dollars given the installment plan offered.

It's a fantastic proposition to stretch shoppers budget during especially covid period. And upsize basket purchase for Evisu. Win win position.

Only challenge is that it wasn't instant approval. After an hour of asking counter assistant. I had to seek Jess help via octifi whatsap. Luckily Jess was of super service support and enabled approval for the purchase.

Great promotion and credit stretch by Octifi regardless.
