Description
Smart Parking System
The new parking system has no gantry barriers. When a vehicle enters the car park, the parking system detects and automatically activates the parking session through a parking app. Parking charges are collected backend and there is no need for motorists to manually activate the app, or remember to top up their cash cards when they exit.
This new parking experience will benefit motorists in various ways:
- No more barrier breakdown and jam in car park
- No more having to remember to activate and stop parking app and to top up cash card.
- No more having to press for paper receipt at gantry
This new generation parking system delivers a seamless parking experience for motorists. Motorists simply need to park and go! Do let us know if there are areas that can be improved at DigitalParking@hdb.gov.sg. Thank you!

Please stop this APP!!
This scheme is literally making parking payment more hassle and troublesome. This app is also super buggy, I can’t even register, it always asks me to wait later to email the support team. AGD should do a proper smoke test before you release the app to the store. Waste our tax payer’s money to do such a useless application and even waste out time to use it!! If your devs don’t know how to develop an application properly I CAN TEACH YOU! Rubbish app and rubbish developer & testers. I score it 1 start because that’s App Store lowest score, you don’t even deserve 1 star!
HDB has lost sight of its mandate
That is to build affordable, comfortably sized and reasonably priced housing. Focus on that rather than trivial tech like “barrier free” app to pay 60 cents ! How much did it cost to develop this app? Did residents pay for this crap in their housing purchase? Why cant this development cost goes into lowering cost and improving quality of our homes? Come on , HDBs prices are into the high hundred thousands nowadays!
Cannot register
I cannot get pass the registration page because the app cannot recognize my mobile number. How useless is this App?! With this system, the car owner is made responsible for the parking charges. Have you thought of the fact that someone else could be using the car besides the car owner?
