Login Nightmare
The basic of any application is the login itself. Forget about all the other things inside. You can’t even create a new password, it’s keeps showing invalid password even after all the error checks are passed?
Why so many authentication? This is not a government application. Just a lifestyle app. And how many of my passwords does the app remember now. I can’t change anything atm. I feel like a clown, wasting my days on a paid membership
Need to review UX/UI of app
There must a clearer way to immediately access more popular actions like booking of chalets (on main page) instead of clicking on other tabs. The icons to click on need to be bigger and mobile-friendly. Also, tried to add family members for my membership but when I keyed in the details and the keyed in the OTP that we received, we were told that it was “invalid”. What’s wrong?
Horrible
Wanted to book a villa through the site but somehow booking can only be done through app (stupid). Came to the app and couldn’t find the tab to check availabilities for the villas, couldn’t even find a tab to get any information on the villas at all, end up giving up and deleting this crap. Forcing people to download the app but providing really dumb design.
