App is completely unstable and crashes when you try to order anything
Terrible app which serves zero purpose as it crashes when you try to order anything at all. This needs to be fixed asap otherwise no point having this app at all.
Longer pickup time
Other than there are bugs sometime while ordering, it’s only allow waiting time at least 30 minutes for pickup order. Even though u have order thru the app, the staff will finish all the in store order first (although u hv alrd ordered long ago) & only follow the app pickup time. It’s not the staff fault for this, but please allow your customer order to be in sequence (whether in store or app order) & have shorter pickup time to be chosen in the app.
Can send gift voucher to friends / self order!
Have been a huge fan of PlayMade and they finally got themselves an app! The App should still be in developing stages as I happened to come across just random searching.
