The Urban Redevelopment Authority ("URA") provides comprehensive and timely real estate information to enhance the transparency of the Singapore property market and to facilitate developers, property owners and the general public in making informed decisions on land development, property investment/purchases and leasing.
This application includes information on sale prices and rentals of private residential properties in Singapore (including prices of units sold by developers).
Whilst every reasonable endeavour has been made to ensure that the contents of the Property Market Information are accurate and complete, the URA does not warrant the accuracy, correctness and completeness of such contents and shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever may arise as a result of any use of or reliance on such contents.

Terrible app development
Fixed bugs? You have simply introduced a bunch of new ones. Now the details don’t load properly or just half way. The database update issue at startup is still there as it is never able to finish even after an hour of waiting! It hasn’t been able to finish since the last version of the app. There is nothing here that is ‘fixed’ from the previous iteration of the app. So please replace your inept development team with some first year students from NTU who will do a much better job if given the chance.
More bugs created
Most projects are not loading now after latest update.
Appreciate a fix soon.

Not reliable at all. “No connection. RangeError…”. Even more disappointing when it is developed by URA
