Qustodio Premium family parental control & screen time app is available with an annual subscription. Your payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation and any unused portion of your free trial period will be ended. Your subscription will renew automatically and at the same cost unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. To avoid being billed for an additional period, subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and set auto-renewal to off by going to “Settings” on your iPhone or iPad.

An other App in decline
Like many recommended apps, Qustodio is on a decline.
Not up to speed with iOS upgrades, now with iOS 15 I can’t activate the app ably longer on a child’s device.
WhatsApp is unusable since photo downloads are blocked and the promised remedy is still not working.
New apps are slowly added, so the kids just move to new solutions.
Set App Usage Limit Is Not Working (iPhone 14 Max Pro with iOS 17.1.2
Hi Qustodio Tech Team, please see to it that your app has constant update to bridge the gap of app not able to set limit effectively cos I set at 15 min of a game app for my child & he could play all day long without any restriction. Please keep your app ALWAYS up to date for every iOS update cos we paid faithfully to use this app monthly and as consumer we also expect Qustodio do its job effectively and constantly test its app to make sure the latest functions are there & WORKING. Thank you. (else I will start to explore other paid app, your rival, which is more effective in safeguarding our children screen time!) 16 Jun 2024 update: This app cannot be trusted at all! Because a game app which I did allowed to be used was reported this morning that it was played for 13 mins, which we investigated it wasn’t used at all! This created a lot of unnecessary havoc which this app is not trustworthy! Totally unacceptable & irresponsible of Qustodia team of such great glitch! By the way I’m a paid app user. And one comment is right - no emails, no contact number, no response from this team at all!
No support unless pay more!
I’m premium member. It’s extremely inconsistent and unpredictable. There are times when it seems to work exactly as the rules say. Then other times it completely ignores it. I literally have a screenshot of the app showing ‘daily time limit’ of 2.5 hours, the clock has counted to 2hrs 40 mins (the ring turned yellow) and my kids still navigating and watching his videos. Other times I have a block on a specific url but he can still go to the url!! Its annoyingly inconsistent. But you know what the biggest gripe is? I’ve paid for this (not using free version) and yet when I run into problems like the above or questions as to how/why some block isn’t working, THERE IS NO SUPPORT!!! No email, no chat, no phone. UNLESS you paid for an even more premium svc which provides help. I don’t need VIP treatment but if I paid for something that you’re not keeping you me and of the bargain on, I should be able to reach someone right??? It’s a con job. Not gonna renew and gotta keep hunting for a better one (unfortunately all such apps have their flaws and somehow this ones rated among the best !)
