sHome Doorlock‪.‬ 4+

1. This app is 1 year old. Never get updated after many iOS updates. This app is no where near the other Samsung Smart Doorlock app that connect with wifi.
2. Only thing useful about the app is open door remotely with Bluetooth.
3. Cannot name finger print. So do not know who come in. Smart Doorlock app can name fingerprints.
4. Can only show in but not out. The app explanation showed can. But how & where can?
5. Max 30 records and stop there. Cannot auto or manual delete past records.
6. When my phone not near the lock, cannot record entry or exit, therefore no notification.
7. Don’t receive any notification of entry / exit (anyway no exit record)
8. Wrote to Samsung for help they refer me to local agent who don’t bloody care!
9. Lousy & useless app that totally serve no purpose. Probably got scammed by advert to buy this lock because of the Bluetooth app.

Went to the Samsung store to ask if iPhone X able to support. Without checking, salesman claimed can. I tested on 2 different digital locks (both latest model 728). Cannot pair with IPhone X. Several friends asked for comments before they wanna purchase, had asked them to drop as they are also using the same model as me. Pls look into this. Otherwise u may drop in market share if Apple continues to improve their software.

Terms of use doesn’t load, app keeps saying check connection but phone works, other apps all work. Reinstalled the app multiple times, doesn’t work. Emailed support team but no response. Never expected such bad product from a company like Samsung.
