TADA Driver 4+

What I really like about TADA
- upfront and honest no gimmicks so far
- driver/rider ratings this better behaviour both parties
- no commission hence lesser time on the road and more time for family a possibility (needs higher volume for this to materialise)
- happier Drivers cos no ridiculously Low fares and full fares are yours to keep.
- fares are fair thruout the day, no ridiculous surges or very Low fares that will make Drivers cringe
- no sharing/car pooling
- mvl points given when rides are honoured that can be exchanged for mvl coin which can be cashed out for CASH instead of points that gain you ur own promo discounts
- no arm locking to force driver to accept the ride, but if ride accepted then be fair and honour it or lose some of your mvl points
- positive reinforcement methods used rather than punishment which is a very refreshing change and you feel like an empowered adult who is allowed to make your own decision

Room for improvement. Make each job that comes in freeze for at least 5secs in order for drivers to decide to take the job or not. Now it’s like flooding in altogether during surge & peak hrs. Drives are having a hard time choosing the correct jobs as the next jobs usually comes in overlapping the current job that is on screen.
Another isssue is the cancellation fee. Some pax book ride & after drivers accepted, pax sends message to say they have a baby. Drivers cannot cancel when they have not arrived at pick up point, but since pax is with a baby, drivers see no point to drive all the way there just to cancel right? Makes more sense to cancel the job without having to proceed to pick up point, save time save petrol save trouble.
Pax have quota to cancel on drivers while drivers have to pay a fee for cancelling. Not fair. If drivers have to pay a fee for cancellation then pax also must pay a fee for cancelling. If not den when drivers making their way to pick up pax & pax cancel the job den it’s unfair to drivers.

Generally, the apps design is great. Job coming in and status interface is great as well.
The only problem is on the navigation side. Once the job is accepted, a bit tough to find the navigation to the pickup location.
