Support TADA Drivers...
After acquiring Uber Singapore, Grab has been unforgiving and relentless with their exorbitant rates and has continued with their heavy handed methods towards passengers and drivers. Drivers had to pay a 20% commission from their daily takings and along with other cuts. TADA actually takes zero from their drivers, and rates are easily 20% lower than Grab.
This allows drivers to accept a lower payment and thus passengers are able to save more than paying cutthroat rates for Grab. Let’s all support a fairer and more economic way of having our convenience.

this is a great app
i initially downloaded this app because i was just very fed up with the grab and gojek app, their prices were insane and because they are the two major (and functioning) ride share apps in sg i couldnt do anything but just give into those ridiculous prices but then i found out about tada and they instantly got me a ride in an area that grab usually took 20mins to find a driver, maybe i just got lucky but no one can argue w these cheap prices that tada provides, i really hope this app gains more support and i hope if it gains more popularity it wont sell out like grab :) also i enjoy how its so simple and to the point, most importantly is probably how tada's customer support and developers are so useful and they actually get back to you and show real compassion!

Not there yet
I really want to give this a good rating, but the it’s really not there yet. It is still very hard to find a ride (I’ve only successfully got 2 rides so far and I’ve been trying to request a ride everyday since I’ve downloaded the app) and when I do get a match the driver is too far away. I also find the fact that my card is charged as soon as I am matched very problematic: in this instance, a was requesting a ride from River Valley, but the driver is in AMK. It will take over 20mins for him to get to where I am, so naturally I had to cancel, but I was notified that my card has already been charged. Why am I being charge for a service that I didn’t receive yet? Please clarify your policies

Hi, first of all we are very sorry you had difficulties finding a ride. Also, when you book a ride using credit card as a payment method, a temporary authorisation hold equivalent to the fare displayed will be placed on your credit card when a driver accepts your booking. Authorisation holds are never charged to your account. Instead, it is reflected as a “pending” charge on your credit card. The authorisation hold is only converted to an actual charge after the trip is completed. This is to ensure that only bookings made with valid credit cards are honoured.
