TADA – Ride Hailing 4+

I’ve been using Tada for awhile now. The app experience has been amazing and quite stable. The match making process is extremely fast and I usually get drivers who are not far from me.
Prices are also very stable and I have never experienced any price surges since I started using it. This is especially so during peak periods where other ride hailing apps are showing surge pricing but tada’s prices remain reasonable. There’s only one occasion where I experienced a bug and I could not make a booking nor check my ride history. Other than that, this is a very compelling alternative to other ride hailing apps who have been increasing fares without improving its booking experience.

as much as it has good pricing, i really don’t think this app is worth the time to use especially when you are in a rush to get to somewhere. Its really frustrating if the app states 3mins for the drivers arrival but then the driver tells me 5mins. Since its only 2mins difference its fine with me but it keeps extending the timing of arrival or even so it will just stay as 3mins but i waited for almost 10mins. Other than the timing issues, the map location on the app is just very very terrible. Every single time when i put my block number it still doesn’t appear and it will end up putting just my hdb estate name which lead to somewhere in the middle of the road. These has honestly been happening too many times that i get blamed by the driver for not putting my block number which I actually did. Recently i booked a ride using TADA and the driver was somehow scolding me for booking using another app which he found out coz he was also toggling between the 2 apps. The fact that he scolded me was truly unfair because at the end of the day when I decided to cancel my ride from tada i still will pay the cancellation fees and not walk away for free. Especially since i had to wait for almost 10mins and i am already rushing to be somewhere. Isn’t the point of having this apps supposed to be convenient for those who wants to be at a place on time. Resolved your app take all feedback and make it better please!
