Software Unstable
Experience some forms of instability of the software which I encountered twice in a day when it pop up message “Oops, Something Went Wrong”. And a scrolling icon appeared and kept gyrating non-stop for at least 5 mins and I do not know whether the call for Comfort taxi had been successfully executed, and I instantly cancelled the transaction. However, I saw a message from Comfort apps that a taxi already on the way to pick me up, and I got to change my initial decision to make mine way via the bus, to quickly return back to my original location which I entered in the apps. It was very dis-tasteful and frustrating though!
Hope the authority concerned to seriously look into the matter and rectify the problem and improve on the service quality!

Old cars, uncomfortable and app bugs
Do not… I repeat, do not download or use CDG. I have made lots of trips with this through my company’s business account and 90% the cars I have gotten are old and dirty. That is also not after waiting at least 5-10mins to get a cab successfully. The cab drivers are also not good at navigation, some even asked me for directions before I could get them to turn on gps. For some reasons their navigation systems are old. To start, the app’s matching system is so buggy. I could be matched with the same person and got cancelled by the same driver multiple times. I sometimes wonder if some of those are bots. There’s also the many blue cars that are nearby (indicated by the app) but none of which would want to pick me up. Did I mention how old the cars are? The comfort blue and yellow cabs are usually the old and dirty cars. Unfortunately, they made up 90% of the drivers from this app. Every single time without fail, I would sweat from sitting at the back seat because it’s just so hot and stuffy without aircon at the back!!! The cars are too old and they don’t want to fix it!! It’s the most ridiculous and frustrating thing from cdg. The irony of it all, it’s called comfort when it’s clearly, not comfortable at all.

Irresponsible drivers with no way to give feedback, no penalty
Writing this review as I am waiting for a ride due to driver no show. This app is poorly designed as drivers are not penalised for selecting that they have arrived at destination when they clearly have not and passengers have no way to submit their feedback.
I have experienced this two days in a row. On 21 March 2024, the driver did this and made no acknowledgement as I boarded the cab. On 22 March 2024, ANOTHER driver (SHX584X) did the same thing, except that he did not even appear and drove further and further away. I called him twice and he did not even bother picking up the phone. I had to cancel on him since he refused to click cancel or pick up my call. And this is deeply displeasing as there is likely no penalty to the driver. It leaves people stranded for no reason, other than the fact that these drivers are complete a**holes. Normally I could have waited this out but the fact that this driver chose to do this at 00:40 AM, midnight on a weekend when some people have just finished work and are tired and waiting to get home ASAP. There are reasons why people tend to gravitate towards other apps and the lack of consideration towards passengers is one of it.
