When trying to book a practical test, it crashes on web and app, happens more than 3 times. As a reputable company, is it hard to handle the crash, at the minimum, to not have people to key in the instructor ID all over again, and thus losing all slots? Not sure if it is on purpose to avoid jamming the servers further, but shame on product management team for ignoring users comments for past few years. Also, why not “link” user learner ID to the instructor ID in the “basic settings” so that while booking practical tests you can just forego entering the the same things, and at least in a “impossible to handle crash for years”, it will be less troublesome for users? Or if you cannot increase your servers, why not release slots to limited learners a day dependent on account creation date, so that it gives everyone a chance to book a practical test? Sometimes I feel booking a concert ticket is easier than getting a practical test. Imagine trying every day for 2 months for a slot next 3 months. And we all know you will ignore this comment like you have ignored the rest for the past few years. Keep it up.

This app doesn’t support the heavy traffic during session opening dates. App crashes, data doesn’t reload, made to reset password.

Please find a better way to support your school learners. It’s more absurd that slots can’t be booked even though you do what you can by logging in at 10pm. And you expect learners to log in to your app very regularly to check for cancelation slots (as if that’s the only thing we do in our lives).

If you can’t support the demand then I think there must be better ways to get round this.

Unfortunately if you have this app it’s already too late for you. After two months of checking before, during and after the lesson slots are supposed to refresh, I still haven’t been able to get a single practical lesson. TWO MONTHS. And remember, they say you need 20-25 lessons to be able to sit your practical exam.

At this rate I will be licensed to drive when the Earth collides into the Sun. Pick a different school.
