App until cannot now still cannot support high traffic during booking period. Topped up during off peak and the wallet value was shown instantly but topped up extra during this period and the money was not reflected, because of this, i could not book extra lessons.

When trying to book a practical test, it crashes on web and app, happens more than 3 times. As a reputable company, is it hard to handle the crash, at the minimum, to not have people to key in the instructor ID all over again, and thus losing all slots? Not sure if it is on purpose to avoid jamming the servers further, but shame on product management team for ignoring users comments for past few years. Also, why not “link” user learner ID to the instructor ID in the “basic settings” so that while booking practical tests you can just forego entering the the same things, and at least in a “impossible to handle crash for years”, it will be less troublesome for users? Or if you cannot increase your servers, why not release slots to limited learners a day dependent on account creation date, so that it gives everyone a chance to book a practical test? Sometimes I feel booking a concert ticket is easier than getting a practical test. Imagine trying every day for 2 months for a slot next 3 months. And we all know you will ignore this comment like you have ignored the rest for the past few years. Keep it up.

When trying to book my practical test, when I managed to select the slot I want, reached the payment page, tried to make payment, the whole app will crash. After that I will need to relogin, select the Test Booking, re-enter all the info. By then, all the slots would be fully booked! It is really very frustrating that everytime i managed to the payment page, try to pay, the app will crash....

I tried to book it via the webpage which is even worse.... after selecting the test, it would ask if i hold other driving license, i have to agree to the terms, enter the captcha, driver id before i can see the slots. If I refresh the page, it brings right to the beginning. And by the time i reach the slots, there's nothing left!! Why can't it just allows us to refresh the calendar instead of the whole page that will force us back to the beginning! Have been trying to book the test since 1 week ago & the app just keeps crashing! Shouldn't the app/web make bookings more seamless & less buggy?
