For a large corporation, they can’t even get their act together and make a decent app. Design-wise it’s fine, but navigating the app is slow. Go to cart? Loading takes time. Want to use a deal but find out you can’t and want to go back? Load. For some reason their payment system doesn’t play well with GrabPay card. Order fails and have to enter a new card. Accidentally made a mistake in entering card details? Tough luck, enter your card details all over again. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I did order using this application and by mistake the order was placed as dine-in instead of delivery. I tried to contact their customer care and seriously there is none. All you can find a form where you can fill your concerns they will answer uf they see it, which i think they don’t.

I call the store direct and no one answered the call. I lost money and and also the order is displayed as completed.

Don’t use this Stupid app, it not link to their system. I am waiting for 30mins, then realise the person queue for order already eating their food, ask the front desk then they switch on the Tablet and check, then prepare the food for me.
