Twice my withdrawal got rejected by them with a reason “insufficient account balance” . I have no idea what does it mean when it clearly shows your available withdrawal amount during the withdraw request, and I only withdraw 3/4 of the amount. I have left over cash inside for future use.
Tried to contact them through chat, but there is 300+ queue number. Waited 2 hours, managed to chat with him, he gave me the same official statement “insufficient amount” which is stated in the automatic reply email. I asked about more information on this, he ask me call their number. I called, WAIT ANOTHER 3 hours till their office hour going to end. Then 10 mins before their office hours end, one picked up the phone and greet me. Guess what? When I was about to open my mouth to tell her the situation, the line was cut by him. Tried called back again, no one pick up. 10 mins later, off-office hours. What a broker
Best part when I try to process the withdrawal again, it disappeared from the available withdrawal amount. The money still reflected in my cash account, but I can’t withdraw it. Awesome, please be aware of this scamming App. It may look good for the part u started trade, but once u need to cash out. You will face tons of problem when you want to withdraw your money.

Tiger trade app is quite simple to use, especially if you are a first time investor. Order types are pretty straightforward, limit, market, stop, stop limit and trailing stop order are the basic ones. There are more advanced ones like attached orders for profit taking and stop loss and also one-cancels-all order.

Best feature is the tiger coins system where users earn coins from their community, and by accumulating these coins, the user can exchange it for stock cash rebate vouchers. Do note that the coins issued are starting to be come less, as seen from daily coins issued and daily missions. 2600 coins redeems USD$8. Note that 3200 coins used to redeem USD$10 but this is gone.

Fees wise there is a platform fee of US$1 per transaction. If you are on a commission free card, you can expect to pay around $1.08 to $1.20 per transaction. Compared to its competitor I broker which charge $0.38 per transaction on their tiered plan. If you don’t intend to trade much and just trade once in a while, this will be quite reasonable.

Deposit & withdrawals are straightforward. Deposit via DDA, and funds are available within a few minutes. Withdrawals take around 5 mins to process, and they can be withdrawn in SGD or USD. USD withdrawals are great if you have a multi currency account, and there are no telegraphic transfer fees charged by DBS Bank. Useful if you would like to keep USD for some reason.
