Great wallet for easy withdrawals of cashback, refunds and claims
I’ve found the experience of withdrawing Cashback I’ve earned from their Refer & Earn program super easy and seamless. I’ve also had quick and efficient refunds (for cancelled travel insurance). I understand the claims which are added to my wallet on the app and I can easily withdraw from it anytime. Very smooth and no issues with withdrawal.
A good bonus is the rewards points from purchasing my insurance policies. I love Tiq travel insurance and I being rewarded with more points that I can redeem for shopping vouchers or offset my next insurance is great.
Seeing some improvement on the loading speed of the app recently. Please keep it up, Tiq by Etiqa app team. Looking forward to more features.
Cannot even login
Tried to log it through Singpass, it did not work even after Singpass said it was successful. Tried to login manually and was told to activate the account through email.
Lo and behold, the activation email is some long winded spiel about everything BUT HOW TO ACTIVATE. There isn’t an activation link provided, and I cannot activate through the app (then what did you make me download it for??)
