App needs to speed up
1. This app needs hand phone number and otp when the account is registered.
2. Still need name, and email address ... when setting up account. So troublesome..
3. Stall owner's scanner and app is lagging.. cannot keep up with the amount of people using it.
Can’t update to version 1.9
Opens the app and it prompts me to update to version 1.9. However there is no auto update to 1.9version when I am in the apps store
Not working at all
On 2Sep’20 (Wed), I was at Yishun Hawker Centre and my tuck shop app was not working at all despite reloading the app for a few time. Unlike Kopitiam card, it can be used by tapping the card and unaffected by the network condition of the area. If this problem still remains, it’ll discourage people visiting Yishun hawker centre and this is bad for the stall owners...
