iPhone X and above have no fingerprint sensors, but Face ID. To show e-card, only biometrics are allowed.
In the midst of pandemic, I can’t pull down my mask in the public just to show the e-card to the shuttle bus drivers.

Anyway, good thing: We don’t need to log in every single time just to show the Green Pass.

Hi! Thank you for your feedback. Please click on your profile icon (top right) and enable the Passcode feature inside Settings. This will enable faster access to uNivUS and your e-card. If you encounter further difficulties, please email us at univus@nus.edu.sg.

Not withstanding the minutes of awkwardly holding up a queue while waiting for the app to connect to the NUS network, the app now requires the installation of the TraceTogether app, regardless of whether one uses the physical token or not. The app does not even check that the TraceTogether app is activated. How iOS is not sandboxing apps from each other, or how this app is allowed to look outside its sandbox is another issue.

This app now also requires access to Bluetooth, because not only does it require TraceTogether installed, it wants to replicate its function. It would be great if NUS would take care of battery wear if they want one’s device to do more for them.

It is hoped no more complications are added to this app. It was good enough initially, without it being a do everything app.

Hi, I encountered problems uploading my test results.

I was unable to focus the camera, and it seems like that was the reason the upload was rejected. As such, I tried taking a smaller photo of the FET test kit, but it was still rejected.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear of the issue you have encountered. Please download the latest version of the app where a fix has been implemented. You no longer need to ensure the image fills up the box, simply adjust the distance from the test kit until you get a clear image for submission.
