Google accounts get 15GB of storage free, shared across Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos. For additional storage, you can upgrade to a premium subscription plan as an in-app purchase. Subscriptions start at $1.99/month for 100 GB in the US, and can vary by region.
Storage subscriptions purchased from the app will be charged to your iTunes Account, and automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions and auto-renewal may be managed by going to iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

Great app with one major bug
Thanks Google for providing this app. I use it for may years but it has one major bug which is still not fixed, therefore I’m letting you know dev guys. If I select more than 10 photos in Camera Roll and try to upload it it’s not possible because Google Drive option is missing. For instance, to upload 42 photos I need to manually select 5 times (4x10 + 1x2).
And if the folder doesn’t exists in my drive and I create it and try immediately to upload files to newly created folder, it throws an error and app crashes. Please fix it. Besides that it’s great app.
bug !
Unstable, I can only see files, but without a possibility to update them in a read write mode. After trying to do it, app is stopped and turned off - back to the home screen
Dont understand positive reviews
Firstly we cant use drive as alternative backup storage as iCloud. Mainly for camera images.
Google Drive on iOS is just a joke. There is no a button to download files from the drive as we are used to on a desktop or a browser. When you are using on an iPad it is just in the way. Not very helpful if you try to be really productive.
There is to many problems. Drive hangs and randomly freezes on random scenario.
