During the month, I accumulate a lot of parking payment documents. These are all small amounts. However, I use a company car and can include all parking expenses in the company’s costs.To do this, I have to forward all 30–50 emails to the accountant, and each one has to be processed individually.When I wrote to support suggesting that a function for payment or prepayment with an invoice would be very useful, they simply replied that this feature does not work.Well, that wasn’t very customer-friendly. I can already see that it doesn’t work. From your response, I understand that you don’t even intend to improve anything.Thanks for at least having some kind of app.It’s a shame the service isn’t very high quality yet.

my dad pays 70€ yearly to be able to park at home, i pay 150€, i come home late at night i have nowhere to park, so what am i paying for? everytime i go somewhere i have to pay for parking. I got a ticket bc i forgot to extend my parking card, if i get a new one within 7 days i dont have to pay it, i got the ticket 6 days after my card expired now im waiting for a week at this point and i got another ticket after just moving my car to a more favourable position and then im expected to pay parking EVERYDAY WHEN I COME HOME? is 150€ euros a year not enough, go ahead and give me a third one, it will make me want to leave this country even more, and how did we even survive 40 years of not having to pay for parking when youre at home, i wish i knew, not to mention everything is slow to load up btw

Overall is fine app, although why does it take money at the beginning of parking and not at the end? Especially when the parking can be terminated early? Also, reminders about the end of parking 15 minutes before the end? Why not 5 minutes or even 1 minute?

Dear user, when you start your parking, we reserve the calculated amount on your payment card. When your parking ends, either full sum / or if terminated before that, the lower amount is charged. 15 minutes should provide enough time to allow the user to either leave the parking spot or prolong the parking. The most disgusting unfriendly app

Even with all the correct documentations I’m still not able to change my registration of parking vehicle to my new car as these scanners are delaying the process wanted, I’m so convinced myself that it’s just a new type of legal scam. How could someone take 48hrs to react on a change when the resident use required to park the car in the zone where it’s required to pay?
