The ČSOB SmartBanking App is intended primarily for ČSOB clients having an active electronic banking service.
To activate the secured part, your IPPID identification number and PIN (identical to Internetbanking) are required. After entering these into the App, the Bank will send you an activation key to the agreed mobile number, or you can generate it via Token. The activation key is only necessary for activating the App, which is also the first login.
The next time you use the App, only your PIN is required. You can change it at any time via My ČSOB internet banking. We recommend that you change your PIN immediately after activating electronic banking services.
If necessary, you can deactivate the App or change some of its parameters in the Settings menu.
Other functions of the public part are accessible without logging in, also for users who are not ČSOB clients.
The app is available in Slovak, English and Hungarian.

We have made the contacts section of the app easier to navigate and added graphs showing how busy each infoline is.

card payments issue
Quite happy About but last tíme Issue with the card payments setting that’s made me angry even with not a reasonable bank answer currently works wells Curently no issue at all quite fast reasonable response for payments and it’s feedback as well compare to VÚB app good job
Wow, this app keeps getting better and better.
The tech support is brilliant. Just write to them via the app and you will get a solution shortly. I love how I see my account with money that is left after all will be paid and deducted instead of the current amount! It’s genius!
Very bugy and poor compared to other banking apps
Being kicked out from the app randomly, only way to activate some smart products is via app like to activate smart account but then you try to activate it, it will give you an error and you neef to go to the local branch. You go to local branch and they send you to the app. I am thinking of canceling the account with CSOB, seems like I am working for the bank, not bank for me 😅
