ระบบสารบรรณอิเลคทรอนิคส์ (LessPaper) เป็น PKI-based Document Management ทำหน้าที่ บริหาร จัดการ เอกสารของหน่วยงาน ตามบทบาทผู้ใช้งาน เอกสารต่างๆ จะถูกจัดเตรียม และส่งต่อให้กับผู้ใช้งานตามขั้นตอนดำเนินการ (Workflow) ที่ได้กำหนดเอาไว้
ผู้ใช้งาน สามารถทำการ ตรวจทาน อนุมัติลงนาม เอกสารต่างๆ ที่ส่งมาตามขั้นตอนดำเนินการ แอพ LessPaper ช่วยให้ผู้ใช้สามารถดำเนินงานดังกล่าว ผ่านทาง iPad iPhone ได้ทุกที่ ทุกเวลา
คุณสมบัติ
- เข้าถึงรายการเอกสารที่ส่งเข้ามา
- สามารถตรวจทานเอกสาร บันทึกความเห็น (Sticky Note) ในระหว่างการตรวจทาน
- บันทึกผลการตรวจทาน
- อนุมัติเอกสาร และส่งต่อ เอกสารไปยังขั้นตอนต่อไป
- ปฏิเสธเอกสาร ส่งกลับต้นเรื่อง
