แอพ LessPaper เป็นโปรแกรมที่ใช้ในการลงนามเอกสาร ผ่าน iPad หรือ iPhone โดยเชื่อมต่อกับ ระบบสารบรรณอิเลคทรอนิคส์ (LessPaper)
ระบบสารบรรณอิเลคทรอนิคส์ (LessPaper) ทำหน้าที่ บริหาร จัดการ เอกสารของหน่วยงาน ตามบทบาทผู้ใช้งาน เอกสารต่างๆ จะถูกจัดเตรียม และส่งต่อให้กับผู้ใช้งานตามขั้นตอนดำเนินการ (Workflow) ที่ได้กำหนดเอาไว้
ผู้ใช้งาน สามารถทำการ ตรวจทาน อนุมัติลงนาม เอกสารต่างๆ ที่ส่งมาตามขั้นตอนดำเนินการ แอพ LessPaper ช่วยให้ผู้ใช้สามารถดำเนินงานดังกล่าว ผ่านทาง iPad iPhone ได้ทุกที่ ทุกเวลา

- สามารถตรวจทานเอกสาร บันทึกความเห็น (Sticky Note) ในระหว่างการตรวจทาน
