Description
CSF Couriers App allows our members to access the Member Dashboard features and other important information. You can login with your CSF Couriers ID for the first time and through Biometric Authentication after if you wish. After you login you can Pre-Alert Packages, View and Pay for Invoices using the secure payment gateway or PayPal. You will be able to Manage your Cart, Edit Profile, Receive Live Notifications, Track Packages, use the Calculator.

I love this app. It’s very accurate and true to time. Update are quick as well. Very efficient . Great job CSF!
Customer service
I must say I visited on the 5th Dec and the service I received was amazing from start to finish. It was the first time using the drive-thru, the security personnel were polite and very helpful. He walked me through the steps on downloading the app and how to sign in. I felt as though I was a VIP, he stood by the vehicle and explained every process I needed to follow after downloading the app, along with where to proceed after. Upon reaching the window the Rep was amazing. I forgot to scan the QR code and she didn’t get upset or give attitude. She was so polite she allowed me to leave my car at the window and walk back to the Kiosk to scan and come back. After receiving my package I couldn’t help but smile and say yes this experience is what I needed after having a hard and stressful day. Customer service isn’t dead in T&T. Great Job!!
