真的覺得有的時候太遠的地方乾脆就不要開放外送

今天點了一個餐從6:21就下訂單了，到了7:40都還沒有外送員去取這是訂單還延後到8.10分 問了好幾次客服人員希望他可以幫我找到附近的外送員，總是一直在鬼打牆請了真人客服也是一樣 ，最後又多等了半個小時想要取消掉訂單，他和我說取消訂單我還要再付那筆訂單的錢，我知道如果是惡意取消的話確實是我要付錢，但問題是你們的訂單已經延誤了，而且在和客服溝通的時候也是沒有找到外送員的狀態，而遺憾客服說完要取消訂單取消之後就找到外送員了？這不是在耍我嗎？ 這樣子讓我覺得我對餐廳非常的不好意思，但問題是你們先延誤了 延誤送來的餐點也不夠熱了 我知道外送員都很辛苦，但我也想問如果有這種情況是不是應該多派人手？或者是直接不要顯示在顧客的頁面上面呢？

Good service idea but unclear costs

I started using Uber Eats service a lot recently but got a bit disappointed. The reason is simple, the price they indicate or quote on their APP is not the actual price you pay and you end up paying more. The reason is because they are registered as a foreign company in Taiwan and make all the actual transactions overseas which the customers end of paying for additional fees. I think Uber Eats should make it crystal clear to the customer exactly how much they quote is how much they are going to be charged for. Basically, the consumer ends up paying for Uber’s tax saving. I think if Uber Eats can find other innovative ideas or ways to help save cost for both themselves and its customers. Lastly, even with this fact, I will still continue to use their service and look forward to more cost savings from Uber Eats!

1. How come there is no any service agent can contact with even without the text chat service channel? Is that reasonable or maybe against some consumer regulatory when customer got some troubles with the service you company provided
2. Type of company that only want to earn much profits from customers, but who pays with last cost to maintain your service quality that’s too bad and make me feel so disappointed
3. I just set up an order but you notified me it’s automatically canceled when my bank account was charged for money and there’s no even any order history. Keep the record left how come you can do things like this how would I know you will return the charge to my bank? That’s ridiculous.
4. The most crazy things I found is that me to pay much time to find out any clue to help myself from your terms and conditions content on your bed application how come you didn’t provide any service hotline or the channel to listen to customers complaints that’s what I wonder why
