I found the app from Chat GPT’ s suggestion and started texting same copy and paste messages to several tutors I think are suitable for my daughter for taking English lessons. No where did the app warm me about their rules not to leave my phone number. After send to a like ten tutors, I finally signed up an account for a trial class with one of the tutor, while we are in the middle of discussion, the app blocked me from messaging the tutor, and say I violated their rule. I had to go see their rule page to know what I violated. I tried to remove my messages with my phone number, but the system already blocked me. When I filed for the problem, the app administrator blocked my account. I couldn’t even log in. I send messages to their customer support and showed proof of my payment, and my scheduled class with the teacher and the representative just don’t reply and kept me waiting until their customer representative logged off and then their customer service screen suggested me to talk to their AI. This is the first time I used online app to take class but what an awful experience.
