Hello,I’m a college student from Taiwan to express my gratitude.On 2024, march 3, I was binge scrolling and encountered your ad on Facebook, suffering from anxiety and depression (not officially diagnosed), I clicked and downloaded your app just to have a try, without thinking this meditation stuff can actually change my mood caused by difficulties in realities. After the first meditation, kinda surprisingly, I felt a bit calmer.After that night, I made it a habit to meditate each night before sleep, which significantly increased the quality of my sleep, and created a concentrated day than I could ever feel before. The reality is still harsh, but I found a bit of relief in my mind.Now I’d say the best two things I started to do from the last year on was meditating and weight training, the two things took me away from the mud pit I was drowning in.I wish I can pay for the next year’s subscription, but it’s out of my price range, and also, I started to meditate by my own, so I don’t really use Balance now.Although I can’t give your team any actual support, at least I can write a letter to tell you that, I really, really appreciate your efforts and kindness in making this app, it introduced the potential of meditate to me, helped me through the difficult times.Now, I’m able to ask for help, to visit a psychotherapist, and start to deal with myself.It saved me.You saved me.Thank you.

I wish I can give a 6-star..! Balance is super friendly to beginner of meditation. It provides great guidance and keep track of my progress to make me really feel like accumulating my skills day by day. Also, there are various audio guidance to choose from whether when I’m anxious, frustrated or just need to calm. I paid the subscription to unlock all the features, and I’d say it is one of the most worthy choices that I’ve made for app subscriptions! Overall, very well designed experience. Nice job, Balance team!

Especially for beginners looking to learn meditation basics like breath focus, spotlighting or loving kindness etc. The plans are a good way to start. The singles are innovative. Like the immersive bells or immersive forest that comes with vibration to help with your visualisation. Love the two Teachers on there as well! Their voices are so soothing and nice to listen to. It’s my second year using balance and absolutely loving it
