Since the app said there is a 7-day free trial, I subscribed. When I subscribed the app, I was charged immediately. After 10 minutes, I didn’t think it useful, and I unsubscribed the app. Guess what, I need to write an email to the service center and after waiting for 1 day, they said I need to contact the Apple Store to get the refund because my subscription was renewed. Not sure what I renewed, I only subscribed the app. once. Anyway Apple service center asked me to describe my experience here in case someone else being cheated by the liars. I feel really bad! 因為註冊前是說有七天的試用期,但是,當我註冊這個軟體時,卻被馬上收取了費用。試用了10分鐘之內我就想要取消註冊,無奈無法取消,只能夠寫信給客服,等候一天以後,卻被告知必須要聯絡Apple的store,並說我的註冊因為更新了無法取消。我聯絡了Apple的客服,他要求我在這邊訴說我的經驗,以免其他人有相同的遭遇,連Apple的客服都說這種感覺很不好,面對這些騙子,真的感覺很不好.
