The customer service was just a chatbot, which was completely unhelpful and couldn’t solve the issue. I finally found a way to contact a real person, but the only option was via email, and I never received any reply. I have no idea what happened, and there was no explanation provided. If something like this happens while you’re abroad, it’s truly a helpless situation. Could you please explain what went wrong or issue a refund?
