Paid for a year, but Many Features Don’t Work

I paid for a full-year subscription to JustFit, but unfortunately, the app has been very disappointing and frustrating to use. Many of the buttons and features simply do not respond. Some options can be selected, but after entering certain pages, there is no button or way to continue. Other features just keep loading for a long time and eventually show an error saying that there is a problem with my internet connection. However, my internet connection is completely fine. I have tested it multiple times, and all my other apps and online services work normally without any issues. It is extremely frustrating to pay for an entire year and then find that so many features in the app are either unusable or not working properly. I expected a paid fitness app to provide a much more stable and reliable experience.I hope the JustFit team can fix these issues as soon as possible. At the moment, I really don’t feel that the app is providing the service I paid for.

I downloaded this app and started a 7-day free trail, but I was charged for a subscription immediately. I didn’t expect to be charged at the same time. 🙄
