Physmo
健康與健身
免費
Physmo helps you stay on track with your rehabilitation — wherever you are.
Your physiotherapist sets your personalised recovery plan. You open the app, follow along, and let the camera do the measuring. Physmo uses pose estimation technology to track your movement in real time, capturing the exact data your clinician needs to monitor your progress accurately.
NO MORE GUESSING
Instead of estimating how far your shoulder moved or whether your squat form improved, Physmo records objective joint angles and range of motion metrics after every session. Your physiotherapist sees the same numbers you do.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Your clinician creates and assigns your rehabilitation plan
2. Open the app and select today's exercise
3. Position your device so the camera has a clear view
4. Perform the exercise — the app guides you through it
5. Your data is sent securely to your clinician's dashboard
WHAT PHYSMO TRACKS
· Range of motion per joint, per session
· Joint angle measurements throughout each movement
· Session-by-session progress over time
· Your reported pain and difficulty levels
BUILT FOR PATIENTS, LOVED BY CLINICIANS
Your physiotherapist can review your recordings, analyse movement quality, and compare sessions across days and weeks — all without needing you to come in for every check-up. Physmo supports the relationship between you and your clinician, it doesn't replace it.
Private, secure, and designed to help you recover smarter.
