Problem with connection
Hello
I have troubles with getting into the app with the mobile data network. But, if I use WiFi connection - the problem disappears...
Farfetch cuts me off as a customer
I used to be a happy Farfetch customer, but the last time I’ve tried to make my new order, I got a refund. I tried to reorder multiple times and every time I got an email that the items are out of stock. Though they actually were in stock.
Turned out Farfetch blocks my Ukrainian cards.
I wanted to order a present for my sister, who lives in Poland.
The cherry on top — Farfetch is totally fine with selling goods to russia and get payments from it, while the most of the world stoped cooperating with them. Such a shame.
Customer support wasn’t helpful at all.
Farfetch, I’ll never buy from you again. Neither my friends and family, who live in EU and used to be your customers.
Great news is that your competitors are more willing to sell me their beautiful products.
