Getmancar 4+

What is going on with GetmanCar? Car sharers need an app that works or we book with the competition that do have apps that work. For over a month, I haven't been able to make reservations with the app. It either closes or I get an error message that says "Request Failed. Internal server error (500)." I've upgraded the app and my phone and still have the same issue. Can only book directly from the website or by calling which is inconvenient. When three emails to tech support didn't fix the problem, I went to my local office and they couldn't shed any light on the issue either. The guy in the office had the same issue on his phone. No one seems in any hurry to fix this problem. Is GetmanCar pulling out of the Seattle market? If this isn't fixed by the end of the month, I'll be downgrading my membership. No sense paying for an EVP plan if I can't use my account conveniently on the go and am forced to rent from Car2Go and Reach Now to get around.

Seriously, I have yet to have anything but a fantastic experience with your company- from the mobile app which a child could navigate, to your customer service which has always been head and shoulders above any other company I've had to deal with- consider this review my love letter to you. The mobile app is brilliantly clever with how it text messages you to remind you a half hour before your car is due back and gives you the option to extend your reservation by responding with a mere few taps of the keyboard. If only GetmanCar could be subcontracted to improve everyone else's customer service - AT&T, Time Warner, etc. the world would be a less frustrating place. Keep up the good work!

GetmanCar makes the process of renting wheels so much fun that i forget how it used to be with the traditionals...major cc. substantial deposit run on my cc before i walk through the door. really high $/gallon penalty chrgs. really, really high $/mile chrgs. new york was home base at the time and DID NOT DRIVE 😃 meant no auto insurance to use in lieu of the daily insurance costs for rentals.
i am quickly reminded of those times in reflection of the GetmanCar process...badda bing...reserve. pickup. happily drive. return. be a thoughtful driver for the next to enjoy. that business model is a welcome and needed staple in my life and for that i thank you GetmanCar.
