Simply the best service out there in Kharkiv which I’ve been using on a daily basis for almost a year now. One thing is still driving me crazy though, there’s an issue with push notifications. It happens when the app starts seeking for a car, then you minimize the app, and even when the app finds a car you won’t see any push notis until you get back to the app again. Not like it’s of any big deal, but some users may find it unsettling, it’s unusual as per the UX best practices after all.I could also mention the lack of map pinning for choosing the location like Uber has, sometimes it’s quicker to make a proper pin on the map rather than writing a comment for the driver.Otherwise - massive thanks to OnTaxi and the developer!
The best taxi app

I live in Kharkiv, Ukraine, and use this app all the time. Usually it works perfectly, but recently I noticed that when I choose to pay with my card, it doesn’t save my choice and instead shows a cash symbol by default. It was different before and I don’t know why it is so now. I tried to update it many times, but it’s still the same. Other than that it’s a great app:)
Not qualified services and drivers

I’ve been using this service for 2 years or so. Moreover, I use taxi twice a day usually, sometimes even 3 or 4 times by a day. Currently it is rather uncomfortable to use this service. The driver can cancel the order in any time, and sometimes it takes to lobby to find a taxi. Several times i had situations, when drivers canceled orders just one by one.The drivers, not all, but a big amount of them, are rather rude. Also drivers can start write feedback on you while driving you. Company does not have any bonus system for people who use taxi more. There is comfortable interface and possibility to pay by card. By the relation to passengers are not so good, to my mind. Our taxi services have better service here.

There was my claim related to driver’s behavior.He canceled the trip due to his wait time had been over (remembering that you pay if driver waits for you).Usually, drivers of this taxi service calls to inform that they arrived. Or ask how long they should wait. This time driver canceled the trip right in front of my nose.Ok, I understand there are rules and they can cancel.But this taxi service has really high price and always showed the best service. And I was surprised that I did not got any call back, especially when I always got.I do not see any problem it a driver will call back.But the only thing support team answered were “driver followed the rules.”The only thing they saw in my claim was that my rating was down due to this driver who gave me a bad score (I don’t care).They didn’t want to help, to improve the service, to thank and say some sort of “thank you for highlighting the problem. We’ll try to improve our service in order to avoid such situations in the future”.If you have the highest price among all the services, it you positioning your service as the best one, such a behavior both a driver and a support service are not acceptable.
