Hello FaceTune Team,I’m a long-term and very active user of your app, and FaceTune is actually my primary tool for everyday photo editing.I would like to share feedback about the recent update to the AI Light feature.Previously, you had three simple AI light options (warm, neutral, and black & white). These were incredibly well-designed and artistic. They enhanced light naturally, preserved skin tones, and gave photos a clean, professional, and cinematic look. For me, this feature was not just a filter — it was a creative tool and one of the main reasons I chose to work in FaceTune.After the update, these options were replaced with new AI light + color presets. While there are more choices now, the results feel less natural and less refined. The new versions don’t provide the same quality, subtlety, or artistic control.I truly miss the original three modes. They were simple, powerful, and unique, and they made your app stand out from other editing tools.Please consider bringing back those original AI Light options (even as “classic” or “legacy” versions). I used this program for a test period, now it tries to charge me without asking if I want to use this program in the future and without any notification before the end of trivial term. even after I tried to cancelled it in my Apple ID settings my bank account still tries to make a payment please resolve your subscription renewal issue

While Facetune 2 is free to download, please note that trials and subscriptions do automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel a subscription in the Settings app on your device. Nonetheless, if a VIP package was purchased unintentionally, you can contact Apple Support to request a refund. Our team is also available to further assist you at facetune2.support@lightricks.com.

Decided to try the app to see if I can switch to it from another similar one. They offered a week of trial or so. I used it ONE TIME within that period, and realized it doesn’t meet my needs for that price, but I forgot to turn off the subscription right away, so I got charged 70ish dollars per year. I canceled subscription and asked for a refund. I explained my situation and did that the app does not suit me, I didn’t mean to pay for it and I am not going to use it. They could probably even see my activity in the app from their side. But Facetune, sadly, unlike many alternatives, doesn't care about that and WILL MAKE YOU PAY. This must me more important to then they you actually choosing their product. So watch out . No one cares if you don’t like the app, turn off the subscription right away and then think either it’s what you want.

It was a mistake, I didn’t give permission to this purchase and found out about it just now! The transaction took place only this afternoon, less than an hour has passed (the traditional deadline for refunding funds from the App Store is 90 days, as far as I know). I didn’t use this program, it’s not some trick. Please help me return the money and cancel my subscription. This is a lot of money for me.
