SmartHome supports home appliances including air conditioners, vacuum cleaners, dehumidifiers, fans, ovens, washers & dryers, dishwashers, and more.
Access Permissions:
The following access permissions are required for the SmartHome (formerly MSmartHome) app to provide necessary services. If you do not allow them, you can still use the app except for the related services.
- Bluetooth: Find and connect to nearby devices via Bluetooth or BLE.
- Location: Detect home WLAN network information to add device. Check your location to automate actions when location changes. Search for local weather information in "Scene" function.
- Camera: Scan QR codes to add device. Upload photo to report a repair or feedback.
- Album: Scan saved QR codes. Edit your profile photo. Upload a photo to report a repair or feedback.

SmartHome: support for 23:00–07:00 time rangeDear SmartHome Support Team,I am currently configuring my electricity tariffs in the SmartHome app. My energy provider uses a two-zone pricing model with the following time ranges:•Peak tariff (day): 07:00–23:00•Valley tariff (night): 23:00–07:00Unfortunately, the app does not allow me to set the valley tariff from 23:00 to 07:00, showing an error that the peak and valley time ranges are overlapping.This limitation makes it impossible to accurately reflect real-world electricity pricing for users like me. I kindly ask you to consider adding support for time intervals that span across midnight, as this is a very common and standard format for dual-rate tariffs in many countries, including Ukraine.Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your ongoing work on the SmartHome platform!Best regards VP1969

the breezeless air conditioner stopped being detected, I tried to reinstall and knock down the settings, change the channel on the router, it helps for one day and that's it. I had to return to the old Midea air program, everything works fine with it!

Terrible app. Very bad connection with the air conditioner. With 3-4 attempts, the control buttons work. Since yesterday, both air conditioners have ceased to see at all. P.S. After the developer offered to reinstall the device, it turned out that it was impossible to remove it from the application. Generally. I delete completely and try to return to MideaAir.I installed MideaAir again and connected the air conditioners. now everything works great. new is not always better...

I really regret that I bought an air conditioner from your production, because when I bought it, I said that it was important for me to use the air conditioner from my phone! now constantly writes that the air conditioner is offline. you need to log in / out 30 times for it to appear on the network. terrible app and terrible integration
